I really dislike this office. The personnel are rude and the doctor just chats with the hygienist about inappropriate things while he is working on you. . I didn't know this until I went to my new dentist. My new dentist stated that it fell out and if he had been the one to fill it, that he would have replaced it at no charge since the filling should have lasted for more than 7 months. When I went to talk with the Dentist at Dash Point Family Dental, he accused me of being the cause of the filling falling out. He said that I had eaten something that caused it to break and that he wasn't going to refund my money. my current dentist assured me that this is not the case, and that Dash Point Family Dental should have been responsible for getting it fixed. I'll never go back here ever!
