The Dentist who owns the practice and his wife who does the billing are horrible. They are "IN NETWORK" of my insurance and is supposed to accept whatever the insurance feels is a fair payment PLUS my "portion" They overcharged me and I had to fight them for 2 weeks short of a year as the owner of the practice says they can charge what they want and "WILL NOT" take a loss for any patient. Was a horrible experience and would not recommend them to anyone. They are as nasty to thier staff too as the turnover in help in the 2 yrs I was there is beyond imagination. their poor stuff try to cover their mistakes,even over the phone.

The dentist was so nice and patient with my daughter and her treatment. The office looks like a preschool playroom and with so much to keep them busy my daughter was not scared for her fillings. I was impresed that they could do the work without a drill. I hate the drill and the sound is scary for children. I have been to other childrens dentists in the area and my children are scared there. I cannot believe that my kids want to go back! The doctor wa s kind a patient and she took 1 full hour with my daughter. there was no rush to get it done and the appointments have been on time or a fifteen minute wait. my insurance is met life and it worked great. it paid for almost all the treatment. so relieved to find a good dentist in exton that will not rush, be short with me and my kids, and pretend to like children. The dentist is not the problem...the owner's wife Lynn is. I have never been spoken to the way that she spoke to me, like I was below her. She didn't care what my side of the story was, all she cared about was getting her money. I will never take my kids back! Jody - Exton, PA

I love this office and dentist and staff are wonderful. They took amazing care of my kids and myself. Painless and best of all, they helped with my insurance and made payment and easy experience.
